Susana Colaluci

I have more than 30 years of experience assisting individuals and families, as an attorney, social psychologist, family mediator, life coach, minor affairs counselor, interpreter and translator, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Through those years, I enjoyed serving disadvantaged populations, representing children and youth with problems with the Criminal Justice System; victims of domestic and social violence; victims of human trafficking; mentoring young girls and boys; mediation in the court system of the state of Florida; and providing information regarding family and immigration issues for individuals from diverse backgrounds; serving families and children involved with the Child Welfare/Dependency System, in a variety of settings, including conducting Comprehensive Behavioral and Health Assessments (CBHA). Currently, I am Providing ABA services, as Lead Analyst, Non-Certified RBT Supervisor (BACB), and Parenting Trainer, serving children within the Autism Spectrum and their families.

I received my Master of  Social Work  in 2014. Since then, I began providing one on one counseling sessions to clients to assess mental conditions and problems. I also provide group and individual outpatient therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psycho education, motivational interviewing, and family therapy. Additionally, I am a Certified Parenting Trainer.

In 2017, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, which allowed me to increase my abilities and opportunities to continue expanding services with the goal of assisting my clients to improve the quality of their lives, especially during challenging transitions.
