Jeremy Case

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and a Master of Arts (MA) in Professional Counseling both from Ottawa University. Jeremy Case is licensed to provide mental health therapy services in Oklahoma (LPC #7262) and Missouri (LPC #2021018466).

Jeremy is a Veteran of the United States Navy (USN) and served overseas in support of Operation New Dawn (OND), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).

Jeremy has experience working with all age groups but specializes with adolescents and adults. Jeremy has worked with people struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD/VAST, trauma, difficulties with sleep, stress, spirituality/religion, and LGBTQ+ issues. Jeremy is an LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapist.

Jeremy is an Indigenous American, also referred to as “Native American” and “Indian” and is a member of the Ottawa (Adawe) Tribe of Oklahoma.

Jeremy utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy and coaching that includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Energy healing techniques such as Reiki (Certified Reiki Master); Spiritual Counseling (Ordained Minister by Universal Life Church); and is a Life Coach.
