Ms. Barrs is an experienced clinician who uses the latest evidenced based approaches in her counseling practice. She is an expert in Brainspotting, EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapies, Ego States Work, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and more. Specialties include trauma recover, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction Recovery, first responder and military issues, Gender Identity Issues, Women’s issues, Men’s issues, Dissociative Disorders, Phobias, Stress Management, Work life balance, and Grief.
