Responsibilities

  • Help with the research of licensed psychologists, counselors and social workers 

  • Help with outsourcing data from online platforms dedicated to improving mental health for minorities and  People of Color

  • Help with the research of non-profit foundations dedicated to improving mental health for minorities and  People of Color

  • Help with the research of city and governmental led organizations dedicated to improving mental health for minorities and people of color

  • Help with the research of mental health within the university and college industry

 

 

Requirements

  • Must be available for 12 — 20 hours a week - FT positions available 

  • Must share an aspiration for uplifting communities through Counseling/Therapy, Psychotherapy 

  • Must have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Research

Strategic Partnerships Intern

Responsibilities​

  • Support and expand public relations with talent, press, media contacts,
    and the general public.

  • Facilitate relationships with national and local associations of therapists

  • Create and deliver weekly pitches to various high-level press and media
    contacts.

  • Build relationships with foundations dedicated to mental health issues.

  • Develop and monitor contact management libraries.

Requirements

  • Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy

  • Perform well in an environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization.

  • Must be available for 12 — 20 hours a week - FT positions available  

  • Must share an aspiration for uplifting communities through Counseling/Therapy, Psychotherapy

  • Must have an interest in continued learning, and know when to ask for help

  • Must have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills

  • Must have high attention to detail

Marketing and Social Media Intern

Responsibilities

  • Create bi-weekly marketing pitches for online, editorial, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media 

  • Support and expand public relationships with the press, media contacts, and general product 

  • Develop and monitor contact management libraries 

  • Actively seek future marketing opportunities 

  • Creatively execute technical social media campaigns 

  • Assist in research, communication, and coordination of marketing campaigns 

  • Actively seek social media promotion opportunities 

  • Promote social media networks beyond during office social events and receptions 

  • Post and create content for social media pages 

  • Engage and grow our following with our customer base 

Requirements

  • Possesses skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management

  • Ability to create captivating and relative content for social media via Canva or any other graphics platform

  • Must be available for 12 — 20 hours a week - FT positions available

Marketing & Social Media

Video Producer Intern

Responsibilities 

  • Pre-production: storyboarding. scheduling, organizing the location 

  • Help record social media video content regarding the mental health industry 

  • Help record interviews for social media and press content 

  • Post-production: editing, dubbing and color correction

Requirements

  • Must have the following skills: Field Production, Digital video production process, Strong visual sense,   Pro, After Effect, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe, Photoshop, etc... 

  • Must be available for 12 — 20 hours a week - FT positions available 

  • Must share an aspiration for uplifting communities through Counseling/Therapy, Psychotherapy 

  • Must have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Video Producer
Graphic Design Intern

​Responsibilities

  • Create and design print and digital materials

  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline

  • Retouch and manipulate images

  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media

  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop design concepts

  • Receive feedback from the Social Media & Executive Team and make necessary changes

  • Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed

Requirements

  • Graphic Design major preferred

  • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals

  • Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Strong creative and analytical skills

  • Compelling portfolio of graphic design work

  • Must be available for 12 — 20 hours a week - FT positions available
