I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I have especial emphasis on counseling with women, non binary, and men of color, queer identified community, immigrant and South Asian identified communities, and with trauma impacted adults and children. My clinical approach includes gentle support for people to explore their important and challenging personal identities. I recognize the ways our lives can feel fragmented apart when our internal or environmental stress is at its worst. I use different treatment methods, and we can choose the right-fit approach for you. For those who have endured relationship traumas, I support you build language to understand your experiences, thoughts and feelings. When we better understand our emotions, and find strategies to address the difficult memories in our mind and body, we can get closer to the wise part of us that knows the way to move forward. I share with my clients my respect and super excitement about the power of this work!
