With nearly 15 years of counseling experience with children, adults, families; I’d like to think I’ve come close to mastering that Art & Story. What’s helped? Developing a genuine and honest therapeutic relationship with you. Why? Simple, it helps you confront your issues, meet your needs, and achieve your goals. If you’re finding your canvas and book are empty, overwhelming or in disarray by anxiety, relationship issues, trauma or lack of purpose then let’s collaborate in your journey toward peace, meaning, and wellness. My areas of expertise include complex PTSD/Trauma, poor mood & emotional regulation, anxiety, substance abuse, and relationship issues (couples/family). I’m extensively trained in both EMDR and DBT and am currently being trained in the Gottman Method. From working with children to adults, individuals to families, my expertise and specializations allow me to view you as a whole person and not just your problems.
