Linda Chia
I am passionate about offering counseling and therapy services to women of color experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and issues around spirituality. Through interpersonal, contextualized therapy, mindfulness and somatic work (paying attention to our whole bodies), I aim to facilitate spaces where healing and wellness can be re-integrated.
I work with black and indigenous people of color, specifically womxn of color to remind and reconnect them to the resilience, support and healing that is available internally and externally. Having space to breath, to name, identify and re-claim is essential to healing. Through a holistic lens, I offer and co-create that space with you and for you.
