First and foremost, I am a “people person“ who will always believe in the power of relationships and authentic connections.
I identify as a biracial Jewish woman but have worked with a diverse client population.
In my eight plus years working as a therapist, I have worked in community-based, school-based, group private practice, and telehealth settings. I have worked with couples in distress, assisted clients in navigating nonmonogamous relationships, guided young adults through their transition to adulthood and differentiation from parents, supported clients with managing chronic pain and/or HIV diagnoses, walked with those working through how to solidify the role of faith in their lives, served as a coach and educator for parents of children ages 2 to 18, and worked with clients regarding issues of racial identity and transracial adoption.
My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself and increase the ways you can make a positive impact on your family, community, and the world at large. I am also a NASM-certified personal trainer and consistently integrate the positive relationship between mental and physical health.
I so look forward to helping you achieve your personal goals and move toward greater wellness.
