Kourtney’s professional goal is to empower diverse individuals, families, and groups to explore their emotions in a safe place and facilitate the change process. My personal goal is to be a light to the community, providing support, hope, encouragement and services to those seeking help. I use a combination of strengths based and solution focused concepts to assist clients in developing coping skills, as well as, helping clients to find an approach that fits their individual needs based on where they are in the present moment. It is my hope to meet individuals wherever they may be on their journey, in achieving goals to a happier life.
