My goal is to provide a safe space to help you move through your situation in a way that is best for you. Sometimes therapy can be hard before things start to feel good, and I am glad you decided to take this path. As your therapist, one of my roles is to support you along your journey. I do not assume to be the expert over your life, but to help you to increase self-mastery as you evolve with your experience. I work from an Existential philosophy and generally work with adults maneuvering phase of life issues.
