Dr. Sheela Reddy
Dr. Sheela Reddy is an Executive Leadership Coach and Psychologist in private practice since 2008. Dr. Reddy has a M.S Counseling Psychology and Ph.D. in Multicultural Systems Psychology and a Post Doctoral Certificate in Trauma. She is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mediation, Divorce Coaching and Yogic Breathing. Her holistic approach to coaching combines motivational and systems psychology with yoga, meditation and NLP. As a partner in a technology company for five years, she managed ex-pats, created assessment and implemented organizational change initiatives. Other leadership roles include Clinical Director of the Domestic Violence Center, the Director of a Children's Play Program at University of Maryland Medical Systems, leading sub-committees for Maryland Psychological Association educational affairs committee. She is a seasoned presenter for the MPA. In addition, Dr. Reddy is known for her presentations on self-awareness, stress-management, women’s empowerment, conflict management, executive functioning strategies, mental health, diversity and domestic violence for corporate and health-care organizations.
I use a combination of Psychodynamic, CBT, NLP, Meditation, Coaching, Narrative therapy and more when working with clients. Every client is different and I choose my technique based on the personality and processing style of the client.
