DELISA LEVINE, MS, LMFT
I believe that every person who walks through my door has taken the first step toward a happier and more fulfilling life. By accessing your own innate skills, I can help you change your life for the better and regain hope, confidence, and joy. Instead of using a “one size fits all” style of therapy, I use a variety of techniques to develop an individualized program to help you to reach your goals. Looking at past relationships within the family system, discovering what obstacles may be holding you back, or working to change your negative thought patterns are some ways in which we can work together to improve your quality of life. I can provide therapy in Spanish and believe in respecting every culture, ethnicity, race, and gender as an essential component to the therapeutic process. By working as a responsive, flexible, compassionate, and culturally sensitive therapist I recognize that creating a comfortable environment of trust and understanding is the key to helping people recapture the joy they aspire to achieve.
