Brandi Jackson established Brandi Jackson Wellness in 2014. Brandi chose Holistic Therapy Approach for mental health recovery after observing consistent outcomes not just for clients but also for her own health journey.
Brandi has been a practicing clinician for 10+ years. Brandi found herself explaining the benefits of exercise, mindset and nutrition to clients with high stress, depression, and anxiety symptoms often and noticed that when her clients practiced mindful nutrition, regular exercise, and holistic wellness counseling, their health and mood improved.
Brandi has a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies, a Masters Degree in Social Work, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Mental Health Therapy, located in East Bay California.
Brandi extended her knowledge of physical Fitness in 2018 becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist via the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
Brandi is an advocate for holistic therapy approach being a key factor to change how clients feel, look, and how they take action for long term success and breakthroughs.
