I have a passion for working with adolescents and woman that want to establish their identity and have more compassion for themselves and others. Using primarily Mindfulness-based and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy my goal is separating behaviors from the individual to allow the self to become their best self by having a different perspective that reduces the burden that judgment places in our lives.
