My work has been with individuals, couples, families, and children/adolescents who may otherwise not engage in therapy due to stigma, access or lack of representation on a wide variety of topics, including: maternal mental health, family systems, parenting, substance use, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues and grief.
My therapeutic approach is client driven and rooted in positive psychology. My sessions integrate mindfulness and other coping strategies for relaxation. Positive psychology, CBT, TFCBT, solution focused
